Join us as we memorize Scripture together this year!

For 2020, Redeemer is challenging our congregation to grow in the discipline of Scripture memorization! To that end, we will be selecting Bible verses that we can all memorize together as a body.  We will add each month's verses to the bottom of this page as we make our way through the challenge, so make sure you bookmark it and continue to come back!


Additionally, Pastor Marc has a suggested method for memorizing Scripture that is tried, true and (best of all!) pretty simple! You can download the instructions and checklists for this method here.

DECEMBER

He was despised and rejected by mankind,

    a man of suffering, and familiar with pain.
Like one from whom people hide their faces

    he was despised, and we held him in low esteem. (Isaiah 53:3)


Surely he took up our pain

    and bore our suffering,
yet we considered him punished by God,

    stricken by him, and afflicted. (Isaiah 53:4)

But he was pierced for our transgressions,

NOVEMBER

OCTOBER

SEPTEMBER

JUNE

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.

MAY

APRIL

MARCH

The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. Colossians 1:15-16

FEBRUARY

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. John 14:27

JANUARY


Blessed is the one
